Matthew Kilgore has been the Tailor for The Drew Barrymore Show since the show launched in 2020. He is responsible for all on-set tailoring for the show as well as custom-built costumes. In addition to tailoring Drew's wardrobe, he handles the wardrobe needs of each guest booked on the show. He designed and built the iconic Glinda costume for Drew during season one and recreated the M3GAN costume for a special segment with Allison Williams. He also created a screen accurate Josie Grossie costume from Never Been Kissed and an adaptation of Drew's Breathe gown from Ever After. Matthew, along with Drew's Stylist Lee Harris, and the entire Hair, Make-up, and Wardrobe team, won two Daytime Emmy Awards for the 2021-2022 season.

Matthew most recently tailored one of Megan Hilty's costumes for the Broadway production of Death Becomes Her. In July 2024, he was hired to tailor Kristin Chenoweth's costumes for the Pre-Broadway production of The Queen of Versailles at Boston's Emerson Colonial Theatre. He has worked on Broadway as a stitcher for Chess, Tina: The Tina Turner Musical and as a dresser for Hamilton, Frozen, and The Iceman Cometh. He designed and built costumes for Broadway Backwards, a fundraising concert for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. In 2023 you might have seen his tailoring skills on the silver screen in Spinning Gold.

He is a member of IATSE Local 764 and the Television Academy.
