Matthew Kilgore has been the Tailor for The Drew Barrymore Show since the show's debut in 2020. He oversees all on-set tailoring and creates custom-built costumes for the show, while also managing the wardrobe needs of each featured guest. His custom work includes recreating Adrian's iconic Glinda gown for Drew during the first season, building the M3GAN costume for a special segment with Allison Williams, crafting a screen-accurate Josie Geller costume from Never Been Kissed, and designing an adaptation of Drew's "Breathe" gown from Ever After. Matthew, along with Drew's stylist Lee Harris, has been recognized with four Daytime Emmy Award nominations, including two Emmy wins during the 2021–2022 season.

Early in his career, Matthew worked alongside legendary costume designer Bob Mackie and his associate Joe McFate on The Actors’ Fund Benefit of When Pigs Fly. His design and costume credits include Liza at 80: A Celebration in Song and Dance at Carnegie Hall; A Chorus Line 50th Anniversary at the Shubert Theatre, where he coordinated and built costumes faithfully recreating Theoni V. Aldredge’s original designs; and Broadway Backwards, the annual fundraising concert benefiting Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. He has tailored costumes for Megan Hilty in Death Becomes Her and Kristin Chenoweth in The Queen of Versailles. He has worked on Broadway as a stitcher for Chess and Tina: The Tina Turner Musical, and as a dresser for Hamilton, Frozen, and The Iceman Cometh. In 2023, his tailoring work appeared on the silver screen in Spinning Gold.

He is a member of IATSE Local 764 and the Television Academy.
